Founded on the principles of the Greek word of truth, the Alethes mission is to develop confident, authentic leaders who are versatile enough to function in any industry and capacity required.

At Alethes Consulting, we are a professional leadership firm and much of what we sell is knowledge and expertise.  Alethes Consulting Group is not just our name it is the overarching philosophy that we incorporate in our coaching and training strategy for every engagement.  We are a company committed to developing professional Leaders resulting in their ability to influence and speak the truth in a manner that is empowering and authentic.

Our Code is the foundation and guideline for how we conduct our business and establish relationships.

Alethes Consulting Group was established as a different kind of Leadership company – one who produces authentic Leaders where anything less than the TRUTH is unacceptable.

After leading at every level in our Armed Forces for more than 23 years, it is our desire to develop strategic partnerships with individuals, small businesses and corporations who strive to make positive impact in the world in which we live.  The Alethes philosophy for following the Truth is the catalyst that will prove invaluable in Leadership as the world yearns for human intervention. 

The motto “TRUTH Leads and Leaders Follow” was chosen to equip Leaders with the truth about being out front.  We all seek the No. 1 position, but the 1st position is the ‘lid’ for the organization.  Therefore, if you have nothing and no one else to follow, always follow the Truth; whatever that Truth may be.  It is our belief, and history continues to prove, that anything built on a lie will eventually fall.  Therefore, as an accountability partner, failure is not an option for our clients. 

As a certified member of the John Maxwell Team, Alethes Leadership also provides a vehicle for developing authentic Leaders of influence who are disciplined and worthy of imitation.  We assist others to be solutions driven and excuse free. 

We are new to the marketplace, yet with a wealth of knowledge and Federal experience that is guaranteed to produce great victories for you and your team.  We plan to invest in resolving market challenges and expand our workforce and lines of services in order to engage a wider customer base.   We also believe it is important to maintain a high performance work environment that is participative by its very nature where the actions by all are in support of fulfilling continuous improvement throughout the organization.  Our progress in the immediate future will be measured in terms of our ability to forge strategic alliances in the global marketplace; we are positioned and ready to do so.
